Whether you're navigating something on your own, in a partnership, or within your family — there's a thoughtful, grounded space here for the work.
A space to slow down, untangle what feels heavy, and reconnect with the steadier parts of yourself. We'll explore what's surfacing — anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, grief — with care and without judgment.
Whether you're rebuilding trust, learning to communicate, or simply wanting to feel close again — relationship work creates space for real, honest connection. I welcome couples and partners in every relationship structure, including polyamorous, open, and ethically non-monogamous relationships. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method to help partners move from disconnection toward understanding.
Families are dynamic systems — and when one part is hurting, all of us feel it. Family therapy creates space for everyone's voice to be heard, with a focus on understanding patterns, softening conflict, and building stronger bonds across generations.
You shouldn't have to educate your therapist about your identity, your relationships, or your community. My practice is openly affirming of LGBTQ+ clients and welcoming to people in polyamorous, open, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships — as well as those exploring queerplatonic partnerships and chosen family.
A free 15-minute consultation is the easiest place to start. We'll talk about what's bringing you in and whether we feel like the right fit.
