My Approach

Honest, grounded,
deeply human.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, attachment-based, and somatic approaches — tailored to who you are and what you're carrying. Sessions are warm and unhurried, a space where you can be fully yourself.

Beyond the credentials, I'm just a human who finds deep meaning in being present with other humans — walking alongside you on your journey toward personal peace.

01

Safety First

Real change requires a felt sense of safety. We build trust slowly, intentionally, on your terms.

02

Honest & Collaborative

You are the expert on your own life. Therapy is a partnership — not a prescription.

03

Grounded in the Body

Healing isn't only intellectual. We listen to what your body is holding, too.

04

Rooted in Compassion

Every part of you — including the parts you struggle with — is welcome here.

What to Expect

Your first few sessions.

  1. 1.

A free 15-minute call. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, answer questions, and see if we're the right fit.

  2. 2.

An intake session. A longer first session to gently get to know your story, your goals, and your hopes.

  3. 3.

Ongoing sessions. 50-minute sessions in-person, by telehealth video, or by phone. You and I will decide together what frequency best supports your needs — there's no one-size-fits-all schedule.
